The Walk 2015 is an American 3D biographical drama film directed by Robert Zemeckis and written by Christopher Browne and Zemeckis.
It is based on the story of French high-wire artist Philippe Petit’s walk between the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center on August 7, 1974. In 1973, French street performer Philippe Petit is trying to make a living in Paris with juggling acts and wire walking, much to the chagrin of his father. During one performance, he eats a hard candy which was given to him by an audience member and injures his tooth.
